Our Appointment Experience Policy
At TEZÉ SALON, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved and carefully prepared. To honor the time, artistry, and presence of our stylists—and to ensure a seamless experience for every guest—we kindly ask that you review the following guidelines.
Arrival Grace
If you find yourself running late, we appreciate a courtesy call. Arrivals 15 minutes or more beyond your scheduled time may need to be rescheduled so we can maintain the elevated level of care each guest deserves.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that schedules shift. Out of respect for your stylist’s time, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling.
- After three consecutive missed appointments without notice, future reservations will require full payment at the time of booking.
No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
- First missed appointment or late cancellation (per calendar year):
Considered a courtesy—no charge. We believe in grace. - Second missed appointment or late cancellation:
A 50% reinstatement fee of the reserved service will be required prior to scheduling your next visit. - Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations:
Full payment will be required at the time of booking to reserve future services.
Infant & Child Consideration
To preserve the serene and luxurious atmosphere of TEZÉ SALON, we kindly request that children not receiving services have alternative childcare arrangements. When a child is scheduled for a service, quiet supervision helps ensure a refined and relaxing experience for all guests.
